Find Your Dose
Your starting point, at a glance
- Prefer no THC? Explore The Essentials: Calm, Balance, or Sleep. All three are THC-free.
- Want to explore THC? THC can make you feel high or intoxicated. The Enhanced uses Levels 1–4 to show the THC amount per gummy. Level 1 (1mg) is our lightest current option; choose based on your experience with edibles.
- Prefer a smaller pack? Discovery Sizes contain two gummies. Choose the product and THC amount first—pack size does not determine strength or serving size.
Check the label before trying a product. If you choose THC, allow time before taking more and do not drive after consuming it. Read on for the full guide.
You do not need to know cannabis terminology to choose a Honey Bloom product. Start with the kind of moment you want to create, then make sure the product and dose fit your experience, comfort level, and plans.
1. First, decide whether you want THC
If you do not want THC, start with The Essentials. If you do want THC, start with The Enhanced, which uses Honey Bloom Levels 1–4 to show THC potency per gummy.
Honey Bloom Levels are our own product-navigation system. They are not a universal cannabis-industry standard.
2. What kind of moment do you want to create?
Before you choose a product, think about the experience or routine you are planning. Are you winding down for the evening? Looking for a light, low-key social moment? Staying clear and engaged during the day? Creating space for music, journaling, a quiet night in, or another simple ritual?
Your answer does not determine the product by itself, but it gives you the right context for choosing.
If you want a THC-free option
All three Essentials are THC-free. Choose based on the kind of routine you want to support:
- Calm — 10mg CBD: choose Calm when you want a simple THC-free CBD option for a softer pause, everyday ease, or an intentional moment to unwind.
- Balance — 10mg CBD + 15mg CBG: choose Balance when you want a daytime-oriented option for clear, steady, present moments.
- Sleep — 10mg CBD + 5mg CBN: choose Sleep when you want a THC-free option for your nighttime routine or evening wind-down.
These descriptions are guidance, not guaranteed effects. Your experience can vary based on your body, timing, setting, routine, and other personal factors.
If you want THC
Think about the moment first, then make sure the THC amount is appropriate for you. For example, if you want a lighter, less-intoxicating experience, that may point you toward a lower Honey Bloom Level—but your actual choice should still be based on your edible tolerance.
Safety matters too. If your plans involve driving, cycling, swimming, operating equipment, or another activity that depends on coordination, quick reactions, or clear judgment, a THC product may not fit that moment. Choose a THC-free option or choose a different time for THC.
3. Now choose a dose that fits your experience
Once you know the kind of moment you are planning, choose the THC amount based on your experience with edibles—not simply the experience you hope to have. Smoking or vaping tolerance does not always translate directly to edible tolerance.
- Level 1 — 1mg THC: Honey Bloom’s lightest current THC option. Consider this if you are newer to THC edibles, cautious with THC, returning after a break, or intentionally exploring a lower dose.
- Level 2 — 2.5mg THC: a mild THC option. Consider this if you have some edible experience but still want to stay lower-dose.
- Level 3 — 5mg THC: a moderate THC option. Consider this if you already know lower-dose THC feels too subtle for you.
- Level 4 — 10mg THC: Honey Bloom’s strongest current THC option. Choose this only if you already know 10mg THC is appropriate for your tolerance.

4. Choose the product that fits both the moment and the dose
Now bring the two together: What kind of moment do you want, and what dose is appropriate for you?
- You want a light THC experience and you are newer or cautious with edibles: Level 1 may be the better place to begin.
- You want a mild THC option and already have some edible experience: Level 2 may fit.
- You want a moderate THC option and know 5mg is appropriate for you: choose a Level 3 product.
- You are planning an evening or nighttime routine and 5mg THC fits your tolerance: Level 3 Sleep contains 5mg THC + 5mg CBD + 5mg CBN per gummy.
- You already know you prefer 10mg THC: Level 4 is Honey Bloom’s strongest current option.
5. Use one product—or build a pairing once you know the basics
You do not have to pair products. A single Honey Bloom product may be enough for the moment you want to create. You can also combine products across The Essentials and The Enhanced once you understand the individual products and your THC tolerance.
Pairings can be:
- Essential + Essential: no THC if both products are from The Essentials.
- Essential + Enhanced: use the THC amount from the Enhanced product and add the other cannabinoids across both.
- Enhanced + Enhanced: add the THC amounts together. This is best left to customers who already understand their tolerance to each product.
Examples include Sleep + Level 1, Sleep + Level 2, Sleep + Level 4, or Level 4 + Level 3 Sleep—but there are many possible combinations. There is no single correct pairing.
The goal is to try thoughtfully, notice what works for you, and adjust over time.

6. Create the full experience
Once you have chosen your product and dose, create the context around it. Check in with yourself. Choose a comfortable setting. Give yourself enough time. Pair the moment with a simple ritual or activity that fits what you are creating—music, journaling, quiet time, creative work, a conversation with someone you trust, or another low-risk activity.

7. Give edibles enough time
THC edibles can take longer to begin than inhaled cannabis. Do not assume the product is not working and take more too quickly. Give yourself enough time to understand the first serving before deciding whether you need anything else.

8. If you are still unsure, try a Discovery Size
You do not have to commit to a full-size bag to learn what works for you. The Discovery offers 2-gummy trial packs so you can try one product at a time. Discovery is a pack size, not a potency level: check whether the product contains THC, the amount per gummy, and the serving guidance. A trial pack is not automatically a lower-dose option.
9. Notice what you experienced
Afterward, notice what you took, how much you took, your setting, timing, activity, and how the experience unfolded. You do not need to overanalyze it. Use what you learn to make your next choice more informed.

10. If the same dose starts feeling different over time, consider tolerance
With repeated THC use, your body can become less responsive to the same amount. That does not necessarily mean the product changed. Frequency of use, total THC exposure, and time between uses can all affect tolerance.

A note on THC products
Honey Bloom THC products clearly state Contains THC and list the THC amount per gummy. THC is intoxicating. If you are new to THC edibles or unsure of your tolerance, start with a lower serving and give the product time before taking more. Do not drive, cycle, operate machinery, or take part in other activities that require clear judgment or coordination after consuming THC. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Your starting point is guidance, not a guaranteed effect. Effects may vary based on dose, tolerance, body chemistry, food intake, timing, setting, and other personal factors.
