How Honey Bloom Levels Work
Honey Bloom Levels are Honey Bloom’s own product-navigation system for THC gummies. They are not a universal cannabis-industry standard. We created Levels to make it easier for you to understand how much THC is in each gummy and compare Honey Bloom products more clearly.
Each Level corresponds to a specific amount of THC per gummy. A Level tells you potency; it does not guarantee how you will feel. Your experience can vary based on dose, tolerance, body chemistry, food intake, timing, setting, and other personal factors.
What does a Honey Bloom Level mean?
When you see Level 1 through Level 4 on a Honey Bloom product, it tells you the amount of THC in one gummy:
| Honey Bloom Level | THC per gummy | How to think about it |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 1mg THC | Honey Bloom’s lightest current THC option |
| Level 2 | 2.5mg THC | A mild THC option |
| Level 3 | 5mg THC | A moderate THC option |
| Level 4 | 10mg THC | Honey Bloom’s strongest current THC option |
Important: Other cannabis brands may use completely different naming systems. When you see “Level” at Honey Bloom, it refers specifically to our potency system above.
How do you choose your Honey Bloom Level?
Start with what you already know about your relationship with THC—especially edibles. Your smoking or vaping experience does not always translate directly to edible tolerance.
Level 1 — 1mg THC
A lighter place to begin. Consider Level 1 if you are newer to THC edibles, unsure of your tolerance, returning after a break, or intentionally exploring a lower-dose experience.
Level 2 — 2.5mg THC
A mild step up. Consider Level 2 if you have some edible experience and want more THC than Level 1 while still staying lower-dose.
Level 3 — 5mg THC
A moderate THC option. Consider Level 3 if you already have some edible experience and know lower amounts of THC feel comfortable for you.
Level 4 — 10mg THC
Honey Bloom’s strongest current Level. Choose Level 4 only if you already understand your comfort with THC edibles and know 10mg THC is appropriate for you.
If you are unsure, start lower
If you are new to THC edibles, trying a new Honey Bloom Level, or simply unsure of your tolerance, begin with a lower Level and give the product time before taking more. Starting lower gives you more room to notice your response before deciding whether you want a different dose next time.

Your edible tolerance can be different from smoking or vaping
Edibles and inhaled cannabis are processed differently by the body. If you have experience smoking or vaping, do not assume the same amount of THC will feel the same in an edible. If you are unsure, choose a lower Honey Bloom Level or Discovery Size first.
Think about more than dose
Your dose matters, but so do your state, setting, timing, and the kind of moment you want to create. Before you begin, check in with yourself and choose an environment where you feel comfortable—especially when trying a new product or Level.

Pay attention to total THC
If you combine products, consider the total amount of THC across everything you take. If you are new to THC edibles or trying a new Honey Bloom Level, start with one THC product at a time so you can better understand your response.
Your experience can change from day to day
The same product can feel different depending on what you have eaten, your tolerance, timing, setting, how you feel that day, and other personal factors. Notice what you took, how much you took, when you took it, and how the experience unfolded. Use what you learn to choose more clearly next time.

Responsible THC use
Honey Bloom Levels 1–4 contain THC. THC is intoxicating. If you are new to THC edibles or unsure of your tolerance, start with a lower serving and give the product time before taking more. Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming THC. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Effects may vary based on dose, tolerance, body chemistry, food intake, timing, setting, and other personal factors.
