There is no single Honey Bloom “sleep dose.” Your nighttime choice may be THC-free, lower-dose, moderate, stronger, a single product, or a pairing. The goal is to try thoughtfully, notice your response, and learn what works for you.
Start with the nighttime moment you want to create
Think about the evening ahead. Are you ready to wind down? Do you still need to drive, work, exercise, or handle anything that requires coordination or clear judgment? If so, a THC product may not fit that moment yet.
You can start with one product
You do not need a special “sleep combination.” One product may be enough.
- Sleep: 10mg CBD + 5mg CBN, no THC
- Level 1: 1mg THC + 9mg CBD
- Level 2: 2.5mg THC + 7.5mg CBD
- Level 3 Sleep: 5mg THC + 5mg CBD + 5mg CBN
- Level 4: 10mg THC + 5mg CBD
For some people, a lower Level may be enough for the evening. Others may already know that a stronger Level fits their tolerance. Choose based on your own edible experience—not simply the word “Sleep” on a product.
You can also build a pairing
If you already understand the individual products, you may choose to combine them.
- Sleep + Level 1: 1mg THC + 19mg CBD + 5mg CBN total
- Sleep + Level 2: 2.5mg THC + 17.5mg CBD + 5mg CBN total
- Sleep + Level 4: 10mg THC + 15mg CBD + 5mg CBN total
- Level 4 + Level 3 Sleep: 15mg THC + 10mg CBD + 5mg CBN total
These are examples, not prescriptions. There are many possible combinations, and more is not automatically better. If you are new to THC or to a particular Level, learn that product on its own before combining it with another THC product.
How should you choose?
Think of nighttime as a learning process:
- Choose the kind of evening you want.
- Decide whether you want THC.
- Choose a THC amount that fits your tolerance.
- Use one product or a pairing that makes sense for that plan.
- Give it enough time.
- Notice how the evening actually unfolds.
The product is only part of the nighttime experience
Once you choose your product and dose, create a quieter setting around it. Dim the lights, reduce unnecessary stimulation, put your phone away if that helps, and pair the evening with reading, music, journaling, stretching, or another simple ritual that fits you.
Do not chase sleep by automatically taking more
If something that used to feel noticeable becomes less noticeable, tolerance may be part of the reason. And if an edible has not started yet, timing may be part of the reason. Before increasing your dose, consider frequency, tolerance, and how much time you have given the product.

A note about the word “Sleep”
Honey Bloom uses “Sleep” to identify a nighttime-oriented formula and routine. It is not a promise that a product will make you sleep, treat insomnia, or produce the same experience every night.
Responsible use
Sleep does not contain THC. Levels 1–4 and Level 3 Sleep contain THC. THC is intoxicating. If you combine THC-containing products, add the THC amounts together. If you are new to THC edibles or unsure of your tolerance, start lower and use one THC product at a time. Do not drive, cycle, operate machinery, or take part in activities that require clear judgment or coordination after consuming THC.
